2019 Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress crash

I see you revdel'ed 2019 Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress crash. I was in the middle of reviewing that and believe this is not a copyvio. The text in question closely follows the text of the NTSB report and so would fall under public domain. The text is cited to this site which includes a link to the NTSB report. If you download the report and check the section titled "Probable Cause and Findings", you will see what I mean. Please review and let me know your opinion. Cheers!
