An exciting opportunity to get involved!

[edit]

As a member of the Aviation WikiProject or one of its subprojects, you may be interested in testing your skills in the Aviation Contest! I created this contest, not to pit editor against editor, but to promote article improvement and project participation and camraderie. Hopefully you will agree with its usefulness. Sign up here, read up on the rules here, and discuss the contest here. The first round of the contest may not start until September 1st-unless a large number of editors signup and are ready to compete immediately! Since this contest is just beginning, please give feedback here, or let me know what you think on my talkpage. - Trevor MacInnis contribs 06:08, 23 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Dead user equals dead bot

[edit]

Given that the honorable Mr. Wolterding seems to be dead (no edits since January 3rd), what is the Plan B for WolterBot ??? --AlainR345Techno-Wiki-Geek 01:05, 2 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Working bot

[edit]

Based on this it appears WolterBot is, or will be, working again. Any details? Thanks, -- Gyrofrog (talk) 16:59, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

WolterBot replacement

[edit]

I have created together with Smallman12q a toolserver tool that shows a weekly-updated list of cleanup categories for WikiProjects, that can be used as a replacement for WolterBot. See the tool's wiki page and the tool itself. Svick (talk) 18:07, 7 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Wikipedia:WikiProject Statistics/Cleanup listing, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

This has been replaced with a new bot generated listing, and, other than the talk page of a long-gone editor, no current pages link to it. No objections raised to the notice posted at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Statistics#Wikipedia:WikiProject Statistics/Cleanup listing.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Illia Connell (talk) 03:29, 9 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia:WikiProject Musicians/Cleanup listing, a page you substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Wikipedia:WikiProject Musicians/Cleanup listing and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Wikipedia:WikiProject Musicians/Cleanup listing during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Dweller (talk) 11:50, 14 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
