This image does not have a full enough fair-use rationale, specifically looking at WP:NFCC#10. I would further go to say that this image fails WP:NFCC#8 in both articless and worse in List of American mobsters of Irish descent where it also fails WP:NFLISTS. Yes there is, but the appropriate fair-use rationale must be included. I could've tagged it with WP:CSD#F6 where it would likely simply be deleted after a week to 10 days. I personally believe that it fails WP:NFCC#8, even if we have a longstanding consensus for this situation. It also has a terrible source with no author, and no evidence that it is for sure created by the New York Police Dept. He's been arrested in Germany by the German secret service, and by the Philadelphia PD. He was also arrested by local authorities in Catskill, New York. There are too many unknowns for me to comfortably fill out an appropriate fair-use rationale. If you are interested in keeping it, why can't you do it yourself? "I personally believe that it fails WP:NFCC#8", in which case you'd rather sacrifice useful images rather than follow consensus that images of a dead person pass NFCC#8 by showing us how a person looked (something one would expect from a historical biography?). Fine. I hope that's never your only reason for actually nominating images for deletion.

I agree with your sourcing concerns and have already taken measures to replace the image with something defendable. I fail to see how I would have been required to to "do it [my]self" while waiting for an answer from you to my question about why you didn't do it. The four images in the infoboxs on these pages should be deleted as non free images should only be used when needed and in this case are not, there are about 20 seasons of the ultimate fighter and these are the only 4 seasons to have an image on the page. @Lukejordan02: This nomination is not set up properly. You need to include a list of the actual photos that you are nominating for deletion including following the instructions at WP:FFD which includes placing a tag on the image description page so that the uploader and other editors can see the file has been nominated for deletion. keep The photo is an historic document of an important international anarchist revolutionary, so I think important enough to be included on the article. There are several photos of corpses of international leaders, for example J.F. Kennedy or Che Guevara. And about the claim that EXIF GPS coordinates may reveal private information, I found it difficult, as that Durruti's corpse photo was taken in 1936! (so what private info could reveal nearly 70 years before?).--HCPUNXKID 22:27, 17 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You are misunderstanding what the EXIF GPS coordinates do. This image obviously comes from a book. In 2011, someone took a photograph of the photograph using a Samsung camera.
