Gwangyang (광양시) is in South Jeolla on the south coast of South Korea. It is located in the southeastern part of South Jeolla Province. It covers an area of 464.13km², accounting for 3.8% of the total area of South Jeolla Province. The population is 153,332 as of 2020.
