Anita Baker (s. 26. tammikuuta 1958) on altostaan tunnettu yhdysvaltalainen soul-laulaja. Hän on lajinsa arvostetuimpia; hänet on palkittu kahdeksalla Grammy-palkinnolla, ja hänellä on tähti Hollywood Walk of Famella.

Baker on afroamerikkalainen. Hän syntyi Toledossa, Ohiossa, ja kasvoi Detroitissa, Michiganissa. Hän aloitti laulamisen baptistikuorossa 12-vuotiaana ja menestyi muutaman vuoden kuluttua yhtyeissä. Hänen ensimmäinen sooloalbuminsa julkaistiin vuonna 1983.

Baker on ollut joulusta 1987 naimisissa miehensä Walter Bridgforth Jr:n kanssa. Parilla on yhdessä kaksi poikaa. Baker on levyttänyt mm. Elektra Recordsille 1985–1996 ja Atlantic Recordsille 1997–2001. Hänen nykyinen levy-yhtiönsä on Blue Note Records, jonka kanssa levytyssopimus syntyi vuonna 2004.
