Geom dataset lost

Hello Ian,
I am writing to you because the drive storage that I used for MiDi has been deleted. I can see in your readme that you use the same download links, so it might be an issue for people using FlowMol as well. Would you have a version of GEOM-drugs that you could share with me, so that I can update the links?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention! I made a copy of the dataset available here: https://bits.csb.pitt.edu/files/geom_raw/

I'll update the instructions in this repository soon. I think I also have a copy of the checkpoints if you are still looking for those.
