Appears to be fixed in newer PDF.js versions.
Text layer scaling is resource-intensive, so it retains its original
size during scaling. This discrepancy causes the old text layer to
create unwanted blank scroll space.
* simplify implementation by using scale factor
* scroll during zooming to keep zoom focus at the same place instead of top-left corner
