Drop rustc-serialize dependency

It's still in use by bencode, which I use to encode/decode api requests/responses.

I'm going to drop rustc-serialize as soon as it's not required by bencode anymore.

It looks like that crate is not being developed anymore. From the readme:

Not in active developement due to lack of time and other priorities. If you are interested in taking over the developement of this crate please contact me.

There might be other bencode crates that are better maintained.
