a simple cli for spotify

you must now register an application with spotify to use this service :/

you can register an application at https://developer.spotify.com/my-applications/#!/

once you register that application, you must make an environment variable named spotify_creds that consists of your id and secret formatted as client_id:client_secret

once you have met the one requirement, simply chmod +x spoticli.py and run it
