The last release before university hand in.

Lodge now statically links to Boost and CMake. FFmpeg must be installed on the system to run both programs.

This is the first release for the Lodge toolkit. It currently supports uncompressed video stream formats, but will convert compressed to non-compressed video if supplied. There is a GUI on top of the library, to provide easy of use to the end user.

macOS is currently the only OS supported - binary and GUI supplied below.
