Overview

"excludes use of the software by organisations, projects or products that discourage or frustrate peace, human rights"

Just playing devil's advocate, but couldn't the Ukrainian government be interpreted as frustrating peace by not accepting the first terms that are offered to them by Putin?

Wars are horrific, but one side of it can still be considered just, and it can still be the lesser of two evils. And there will always be partisans who believe their side is just, so its very much in the eye of the beholder.

I think anything involving peace is a hostage to fortune. It's just too complex a matter to address without lots of context and a completely neutral PoV.

Proposed Resolution

Take that part out.

I agree that this should be reduced to wars of aggression.

Doesn't really matter since the license holder is the one who determines what "Frustrates Peace" means and decides if they want to enforce their license
