Description
the "latest" documentation can pick up modules that no longer exist and show the last version they did exist.

as an example

https://docs.saltproject.io/en/latest/ref/file_server/all/salt.fileserver.azurefs.html

this module does not exist in 3007.1 but does exist in 3006.7 and the 3006.7 version is showing.

when the 3008 release and all those modules disappear this is going to be a nightmare. and many customers will not know what does and doesn't exist in "latest"

Suggested Fix
lock latest docs to the absolute latest version. and make sure old docs are scrubbed from latest.

This fix should probably go into 3006.x and be merged forward.
