Wright Thompson Lecture

Join New York Times best-selling author and ESPN writer Wright Thompson at Morton Theater on October, 1, 2024, at 7 p.m. as he discusses the subject of his new book: the murder of 14-year-old Emmett Till, which took place 23 miles from where Thompson grew up. The conversation will be moderated by his former professor at the University of Missouri, Charles N. Davis, who now serves as dean of Grady College. 
Tickets to the event are $40 and include admission to the conversation and a copy of “The Barn: The Secret History of a Murder in Mississippi.” Tickets can be purchased here.
