קשת (באנגלית: Keshet) הוא ארגון יהודי-להט"בי בארצות הברית שמרכז הפעילות שלו נמצא בבוסטון, ניו יורק ובמפרץ סן פרנסיסקו, ופועל למען שוויון והכללה מלא של להט"בים בחיים היהודיים. הארגון מציע משאבים, הכשרה וסיוע טכני ליצירת קהילות יהודיות מכילות להט"ב בפריסה ארצית. הארגון הפיק בעבר את הסרט התיעודי Hineini: Coming Out in a Jewish High School (אנ').
ב-18 ביוני 2010, הוכרז כי הארגון קשת ימוזג עם הארגון היהודי-להט"בי, Jewish Mosaic: The National Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity, לאחר שהארגון קיבל מענק מקרן משפחת צ'ארלס ולין שוסטרמן.[1][2][3][4]
