Chants et contes de Noël (באנגלית: Christmas Songs and Tales, ובעברית: שירי וסיפורי חג המולד) הוא אלבום האולפן החמישי של הזמרת הקנדית סלין דיון.[2] האלבום יצא לאור ב-3 בדצמבר 1983, על ידי חברת התקליטים Saisons.[2] האלבום הוא אלבום חג המולד השני של דיון.[2]

עם יציאתו נכנס האלבום אל המקום ה-17 במצעד האלבומים של קוויבק.[3]

האלבום הופק על ידי רנה אנג'ליל, אדי מרנאיי, רודי פסקל ואן רני.[2] אלבום חג המולד הזה יצא לאחר שנתיים מצאת אלבום חג המולד הראשון של דיון, Céline Dion chante Noël.[4] האלבום מכיל בתוכו שירים וסיפורים.[2]

אלבום חג המולד כולל בתוכו ביצועים מחודשים של דיון לשירים מוכרים כדוגמת "Promenade en traîneau" ו-"Joyeux Noël".[2]
