Pandurang Shastri Athavale (19 Oktober 1920 – 25 Oktober 2003), yang juga dikenal sebagai Dadaji, yang artinya "kakak" dalam bahasa Marathi, adalah seorang filsuf, aktivis, pemimpin spiritual, revolusioner sosial[2] dan reformis agama, yang mendirikan Swadhyaya Parivar (Keluarga Swadhyaya) pada 1954.[3] Swadhyaya adalah sebuah proses studi sendiri yang berdasarkan pada Bhagavad Gita yang tersebar di hampir 100,000 desa di India,[4][5] dengan lebih dari 120 juta pengikut.[6] Ia juga dikenal karena kursus-kursusnya tentang Bhagavad Gita, Weda dan Upanishad.
