Malcolm Scott Carpenter (1 Mei 1925 – 10 Oktober 2013) adalah seorang perwira angkatan laut, penerbang, pilot uji coba, insinyur penerbangan, antariksawan dan akuanot asal Amerika Serikat. Ia adalah salah satu antariksawan Mercury Seven yang dipilih untuk Proyek Merkuri NASA pada April 1959.
