Abstract

The goal of the article lies in development of human resourcing of the efficient system of anti-crisis corporate management. In the result of the study the article marks out and schematically depicts components of human resourcing of the efficient system of anti-crisis corporate management and interaction between them. The article identifies main requirements to the subjects of the system of anti-crisis corporate management from the position of efficient human resourcing of an enterprise. It analyses the personnel system of domestic engineering enterprises. It underlines provisions, which the human resourcing of the personnel management system should be based upon, within the framework of the system of anti-crisis corporate management.
