Abstract

In literature, it is widely accepted that international organizations are secondary subjects of international law. The requirements of the social life, those of the international cooperation and of the interdependence have made the international organizations to become useful and necessary. In fact, it would be difficult to imagine today's international society without international organization. The article below tries to emphasize this aspect
