I am a retired mathematician (Ph.D. Princeton, 1964), now active in (mainly choral) music: composing, arranging, editing (mostly early choral) music manuscripts, conducting, singing (bass-baritone and countertenor), playing oboe. I have an abiding affection for and involvement in early music (Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque), as well as a broader interest in many music areas, both choral and instrumental.
I am an active administrator ("beaurocrat") at the Choral Public Domain Library, where most of my online musical activity is carried out.
