EAP Counseling Services
Good health doesn't just mean physical well-being. Emotional wellness is every bit as important. Anthem EAP has an extensive network of licensed behavioral health professionals who can help you address a variety of challenges in person or through online sessions. Call EAP or use the online Member Center to initiate services. Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Relationship or family challenges
- Alcohol or drug abuse
- Feelings of overwhelming loss or grief
- Depression or anxiety
- Stress management
- Times of crisis

Legal And Financial Consultation
With Anthem EAP, you and your household members have access to initial legal and financial consultation as part of the standard work/life feature. You also have access to an online library of legal and financial information, in addition to financial calculators to help address issues ranging from debt management to buying a new home. You receive a free 30-minute telephone or in-person consultation with one of Anthem's contracted network attorneys or mediators. Additional legal services are available at a 25 percent discount from customary fees. Legal and financial topics can include:
- Personal/family legal services
- Debt/credit counseling
- Identity recovery and credit monitoring

Learn to Live
Your emotional health is an important part of your overall health. With Emotional Well-being Resources, administered by Learn to Live, you can receive support to help you and your household live your happiest, healthiest lives. Built on the proven principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Anthem's Learn to Live digital tools are available anywhere, anytime. They can help you identify thoughts and behavior patterns that affect your emotional well-being – and help you work through them. You’ll learn effective ways to manage stress, depression, anxiety, substance use, and sleep issues. Take a quick assessment to find the program that’s right for you. Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Personalized, one-on-one coaching- team up with an experienced coach who can provide support and encouragement by email, text, or phone.
- Build a support system in the platform- add friends or family members as “Teammates.” They can help you stay motivated and accountable while you work through programs.
- Practice mindfulness on the go- receive weekly text messages filled with positivity, quick tips, and exercises to improve your mood.
- Live and on-demand webinars- learn how to improve mental well-being with useful tips and advice from experts.
