- Meowscarada is the first:
- Generation 9 Pokémon to be added to the game as a playable character.
- Pokémon to not feature in a character spotlight trailer prior to its release.
- Speedster to be freely obtained through an event since Zeraora.
- When Meowscarada was first released, Trailblaze was mistakenly categorized as a Melee move in menus, even though it was labeled as a Dash move during matches. This has since been fixed in an update.
