Khetphet Phagnasay, also known as KP, is a Lao-American actor, director, and producer. He has gained recognition for his roles in various projects. In the acclaimed Netflix series "Dahmer-Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story," KP portrays Sounthone, the father of a 14-year-old Laotian victim, appearing in 5 out of 10 episodes. He also shares the screen with Michelle Yeoh in the Netflix series "The Brothers Sun," where he plays the character Tony Tang. Additionally, KP appeared in "Interview With The Vampire" Season 2 as Quang Pham, a member of the Theatre Del Vampire Coven, appearing in 6 out of 8 episodes. KP was born in Laos and came to the United States as a refugee due to the conflict from the Vietnam War.
