The compofiller nature does show in the direction (it repeats a fair bit and kinda runs out of ideas too early) but the visual(+aural) quality carries the whole thing home.

I honestly find it a bit weird that this made 2nd in the compo as it's more the type of prod that unfolds when watching at home when you have the space time to get into the proper mindset for it - but with that mindset? Give me particles and dub techno all day. Literally. :)
I have no idea what was happening on screen, but it's just so fucking beautiful and satisfying to watch!

Wonderful music, nice imagery. For me, this needs to be in the 64KB or below to be a critical achievement.

supreme chill, although feels a bit neglected and not particularly cared for, as in, i doesn't particularly strike as having been developed all the way to the end, but just shipped when the minimum-viable-product goalpost was reached (whether due to lack of motivation, time, or whatever)

Because it's a WebGL demo, and it ships with Electron, which in turn is basically a whole Chromium webbrowser without the UI. The demo itself lives in the /resources/app subdirectory and is 17 MB, with the music alone taking up almost 10 MB.
