Global bot status requests

Global bot status for CalakBot

Hello. Unfortunately I have an unexpected problem on wikidata and now I really need global flag for solving this problem; moreover my bot has over 100,000 edits and has several local bot flags. It is also an adminbot on ckb.wiki. It has condition of global flag. Thank you for your helping.--Calak (talk) 09:02, 10 October 2013 (UTC)

The global bot group has no other rights than local bots. This will not help with your software problems; please follow the advice given to you on that wikidata page instead. --MF-W 10:51, 10 October 2013 (UTC)
OK, therefore please check my request without considering this problem. I can't request for same thing twice. If my bot has condition of global flag, please grant it. Thank you very much.--Calak (talk) 14:18, 10 October 2013 (UTC)
In the last months, your bot has apparently only edited on three wikis: fawiki, ckbwiki and wikidatawiki. On each of these projects, your bot has the local bot flag. Do you plan to edit on other wikis as well? If yes, on which ones, and what tasks do you plan do perform on these wikis? --UV (talk) 12:30, 11 October 2013 (UTC)
Yes, if stewards grant global flag to my bot, I will run interwiki bot on all Wikipedia projects. Danke.--Calak (talk) 13:39, 11 October 2013 (UTC)
I am a bit hesitant concerning starting another interwiki bot on all Wikipedia projects, given that Wikidata has eliminated the need for nearly all of the tasks that interwiki bots have performed before Wikidata was here. What do others think? --UV (talk) 10:45, 12 October 2013 (UTC)
Global bot flag is only for interwikis and fixing double-redirects; I can't run another tasks with this flag.--Calak (talk) 11:19, 12 October 2013 (UTC)
It is super-unnecessary to have yet another bot which does interwiki stuff. Some specialised bots are still needed for picking up remaining local interwiki links (which might also be added anew), or page moves, and moving them to Wikidata. But we don't need a bot on such a dubious basis (first something doesn't work with the code => request global bot flag; being told global bot flag doesn't help => suddenly wants to run a global interwiki bot "because that is all a global bot may do"). --MF-W 14:13, 12 October 2013 (UTC)

Can you check my request?--Calak (talk) 21:28, 27 October 2013 (UTC)

@MF-W: I wont to request for global flag and that problem only caused me to request sooner.--Calak (talk) 21:54, 27 October 2013 (UTC)
As I understand the global bot policy, it requires long-term contributions on several wikis: “the bot must already be active on several wikis, with long-term contributions to back up its trustworthiness.” I am not sure whether this requirement is fulfilled in the case at hand, given that the bot's contributions focus on not more than three wikis. --UV (talk) 20:45, 28 October 2013 (UTC)
You can close this request and I will contribute on other wikis and request here again. This is only wasting our time because I run one interwiki code on all wikis (fa, ar, ku, ckb, ...). I am familiar enough to running bot.--Calak (talk) 20:56, 28 October 2013 (UTC)

The Hindi Wikipedia community has unanimously supported the idea of having a local bot for maintenance tasks. Regards.--Bill william compton (talk) 15:22, 11 October 2013 (UTC)
