By Popular demand we bring you SOC

-Save the world by Overloading it with Cloaks

Look at the ones who've already understood it, all taichous of Sereitei use cloaks, all members of Akatsuki, Ergo Proxy, Zero (although we don't like his cloak), Vash, Elric Edward, Guts, Shanks,  and many more!

Because of obvious clashes, our attitude towards SOL is primarily that we won't allow any users with extravagant loli-utterings. Except from that our association is open for any Cloak-supporter.
