 ♡ HI, it's been a while. Our club has been on hiatus for over 2 years, mostly due to COVID and adjusting to life since then. I'm pleased to bring news about us opening a discord server and migrating everything we had from the club to the server. I hope to make it more interactable with this and build a small community again. In case this all seems unfamiliar, the main purpose of our small community was to gather and chat about Boys Love (the genre) and give each other recommendations, have lists of different types of BL and now we've expanded into Manhwa & Manhua. I don't form opinions without experiencing stuff myself. So if I say I don't like subs, I'm very sure that I don't.
What do you prefer in BL works? Good plots, characters, or just an all round feel good vibe? Kou Yoneda does good characters too, and I see you like No Touching at All, which was a fantastic piece of work. I'm a fan of it myself. What would your best BL recs be? Have you read Harada's works? They're horrific..... to say the least. |

Ahahaha what a coincidence! I've begun reading Given right now and I didn't know it was from the same mangaka! Honestly speaking, some of the relationships from Links had me confused, esp seeing how that mafia's bodyguard and that RJ's design were practically the same. The designs of their partners were similar too. And so many Japanese names to memorize - I suck with that.
I don't intend to listen to the CDs. Not really into subs. Sucks your reviews aren't many here on MAL. I would have liked to read more of your stuff, but just on MAL. I'm too lazy to check out other mediums :p |

You are too kind! honestly, my image skills are beginner level, intermediate on a clear sunny day when the stars align at best (lol) I've never made cards before but feel free to reach out if you want a certain theme image and I'll see what I can do, but I'm not skilled enough to take on any sort of permanent role, I'm not that confident (////.\\\\)
I have been watching a funny anime about a fujoshi recently, called Kiss him, not me if you haven't seen it and like light comedies do check it out ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ |

WAAAAAAAHH!!! omg we have so many similar interests and I'm leaving GAH! I thought I had time tonight to spend online but it got chewed up with packing. I'm literally almost out the door so sorry if this is rushed but I needed to reply to your awesome post!!
I don't know where to fangirl with you first (lol).... YOI, watched episode 4 and now I'm ded. Skip Beat... Ren's white day gift better be epic. Princess Rosa was a cute gift but I still think her best gift was given from Sho, love him or hate him but that massive flower boutique full of her favorite things (I LOL'd so much when I saw it had fluffy and glittering stuff she likes in there with the flowers) and the way he strutted in with it slung over his shoulder was pretty hot. Ren still hasn't topped that IMHO. GAH! I wanted Cain x Setsu to keep going, especially when they got sexier and closer *pout* I'm in need of much more REN x KYOKO moments, running dry here!! Seriously the level of intensity of my love for YOI is even embarrassing me, I have the opening/ending songs on repeat on my ipod. Victor is my eyegasm of the year. Have you been watching the regular olympics skating on youtube? most hilarious comments about the guys finding their eros... makes me laugh. The YOI fandom is amazing, so much fun. as for yaoi... it's a vice of mine for sure. I don't smoke, I don't drink, I read yaoi & take great delight in doing so lol. You have some of my favorites listed too. I love Doushitemo Furetakunai so much but I've bumped it down to a 8 because I'm pissed there isn't any new chapters out hahaha... my voting is lame like that, sorry. Sadly I'm not fluent enough for some of the better BLCD but I have some good ones on youtube I go to and play when I'm doing housework. You're the first fuji I've met who has spoken about them TBH :D The sexy sexy voices make or break a story IMHO. Do you listen to the Japanese ones? (so jealous if you do) Kyaa!! Skip Beat is my favorite manga. I started reading it when I was going through a messy breakup myself so Kyouko's (my spirit animal) grudge demons really struck a cord, love it. Love how the art has developed too, Ren is just so hot now especially when he played Cain Heel *melts thinking about sexy Cain*. I think we will see him again in the next chapter since we just witnessed that whole white day gift debacle. *fingers crossed* No sweat, I understand about delay replies. I'm a working gal now and only when I procrastinate am I really on MAL so there are delays with my replies too. I'm off on a holiday in a few days (like 3 days WOOO!) so I won't be on for a few weeks (I'll put a notifier up on my profile when I'm away/back) but really happy I got to meet someone with similar indulgences before I left!
