They didn't, at least not yet, but did thank me n all. Guess they're not that active afterall, can't blame. OMG yes, did a full blown follow up on my SS, one of the rec was pretty good, rest was not my taste either and I told them that bluntly, we laughed it off later. For some reason trying and dropping seems way worse idk why, I would've cried. But we tried our best, nothing else matters!! I'm definitely going for it again this Christmas~~ Profiling a stranger is fun, despite the heartbreaks

ngl I was sad when my receiver didn't really use my rec at all (I spent a considerable amount of time jotting the set down). I was aware my SS too put a lot of thought in it for ME, so I did watch ALL of what my SS gifted me, down to the sequels and movies. But well as you said it's boundaries so..ugh. Oh and lmk if you finish cipher, I def need that extra push to start reading :p

WORD. Couldn't agree more. Although people are entitled to their preferences, I really wish people loosen up a bit, sit back and think with a broader view. Things have never been Black or White in the first place, it's a messed up bundle of grey area but interesting enough to dig deeper. Cipher I've been meaning to read the manga but 65 chapters need serious commitment, but as a serial procrastinator, I need more time. Even so, the OVA seemed interesting to me even without the manga context, piqued my interest for sure

I have been! uwu. it's very silly and dated, but I wanted to start watching it because Shinichiro Watanabe said it was one of his big influences for Cowboy Bebop, which got me into anime when I was little. I really liked episode 9, some of the animation in that was really good! especially in comparison to rest of season 1
