Such a heart-warming manga.
I finished it yesterday after a few hours of reading. I thought that I would just try a chapter or two, but at the end I read all 35 chapters. That says it all. :)
The story takes place in the United States, 1991. All the character are American, except of one Japanese guy, who is a minor character. In addition, the manga is a spin-off of the manga "Cipher', but it is not necessary to read "Cipher" first. I haven't read "Cipher", and I enjoyed and understood the plot of "Alexandrite" very much. I would give 8 to the story.

I just couldn't help but love this manga. It's just too cute.
The story itself is an interesting original one, and also has greek mythology in it which makes it even more interesting. I didn't love the art at the beginning but after I got used to it, I found the art to be a beautiful one. The characters are one of the best things in the manga. Karin develops so much during those 32 chapters and as well the others. Overall I enjoyed it very much. Recommended to the people who love cute romance and fantasy manga, and even to the people who love ...

(EDIT: 4\25\11: I used to love the manga of VK, but even though now I hate it, I hate the anime much more.)
First of all, I'm serious: I think the creators of the anime love Kaname more than Zero. It's quite obvious from the beginning that the love triangle is KanameYuukiZero, then why does Kaname present in YuukiZero scenes? In those scenes in the manga he wasn't even there at all O_o And there are more. The story of course is great, but the anime ruined it totally. Zero behaves like a wimp, he's not like himself, and Yuuki also. Since when Yuuki has been taking ...

PxP is the latest Oneshot of Yoshizumi Wataru.
- Okay, when I started reading it I thought that the story wouldl be more mysterious, but I got is wrong. The story is really nice and sometimes funny. The art was really really good! Compared to Marmalade Boy (one of her old manga, which I very love) and Ultra Maniac the art is a masterpiece! XD The characters really suprised me. I thought their personalities would be different, and overall I really enjoyed this Manga. Everyone I think can read it and enjoy. While reading it I really had a good time.

Now I can start. :D - Story- Actually I don't like Science-Fiction that much. I think it is boring. But with Jyu Oh Sei? I couldn't stop watching it! If the downloads were more faster, I could finish it in the day I started (I finished it in 2 days). After I had read the manga again, I can say clearly- I was mistaken. Don't get me wrong, I still love the manga but I was too overreacting. The story is very unique and everything, but when I read the first volumes again I simply got bored. Only the arc in volumes 7-9, with Kazuhito, were awesome (or maybe that's because he's my favourite character in the manga?). The first ones were just school stuff and were... BORING. The art was amazing as I remembered, but like the first reading, I couldn't stand Haine. She was so stupid, I wanted to hit ...

"Marmalade Boy" is one of the sweet shoujo anime in the world, maybe even the sweetest. It is one of my favorite anime, and I can watch it over and over again and not get bored. I can even cry in sone scenes every time... T___T
The story was written by Wataru Yushizumi (Ultra Maniac belongs to her too). The art is very nice, but the animation is actually not that good (an anime from 1995, what do you expect?) but you can live with that. The OST of the anime is very good.
