Let's get one thing straight. The story is cliché and cookie cutter. You can guess 90% of the entire plot just from the first 2 episodes (actually, if you past middle school the first opening can tell you a hefty the amount.) Bad guy has bio weapon, politics stuff and action.
The resident evil animes have also been 3D and compared to some well known exceptions the 3D in this anime is very good. I believe and stand by the fact that the resident evil animes is pushing what people believe in 3D only animes but it's a shame that everything else is cliché. This anime lacks the action from Vendetta. The story SUCKS! And the music can be found in any other generic military/political media. Resident Evil 8 had a better soundtrack is that's saying something when a video game drops music in favor of ambient noise.
Studio Quebico from the animation of this anime has potential and if they were given a better story they could make a very good 3D anime.
