Parma Social Dinner, a tavola per solidarietà - foto
Successo della terza edizione della Parma Social Dinner. Una serata tutta al femminile a favore della salute delle donne con l'obiettivo di unire le persone attraverso il cibo, creando connessioni significative e promuovendo la solidarietà. Al lavoro in cucina le chef stellate Isa Mazzocchi del ristorante La Palta a Borgonovo Val Tidone, Aurora Mazzucchelli del ristorante Casa Mazzucchelli a Sasso Marconi, Valeria Dell’Amico del ristorante Il Narciso a Carrara e la pastry chef Loretta Fanella. Aperitivo di benvenuto a cura delle chef del Consorzio Parma Quality Restaurants. Il ricavato, ben 38 mila euro, è stato consegnato all'associazione Avo.Pro.Ri.T., realtà attiva sul territorio di Parma e provincia da oltre 40 anni e focalizzata sulla sensibilizzazione verso il tema delle malattie di natura oncologica. L’apertura del nuovo ambulatorio ginecologico è prevista in collaborazione con il professor Roberto Berretta e la dottoressa Michela Gaiano. Una struttura di riferimento, rivolta a tutta la popolazione femminile del territorio, in particolare alle donne nella fascia di età superiore ai 60 anni, in quanto escluse dallo screening regionale. Al termine della serata le organizzatrici Simona Baldini e Alessandra Pellegrino hanno consegnato l'assegno a Ivana Delmonte presidentesse di Avo.Pro.Ri.T.
