Well today we did this editathon and the IP block was still in place. I checked and I am quite sure that everybody was exiting to Internet throught 195.76.195.27. We still could register everybody with account creator rights.
Seems there was terrible typo (23:00 -> 23:090). We are very sorry and promise this won't happen in futher request.
