As our data documentation migrates to DataHub it's important to allow everyone, not just folks inside WMF, to access it. We alluded to the importance of public access in the original evaluation.

Some decisions to make include:

• is it ok to allow read-only access to everything in DataHub?

Some ways to do this include:

• actual read-only login or guest mode for DataHub itself
• publishing content from DataHub somewhere else

As part of the SDS 1 objective we have the KR: "Achieve at least a 50% reduction in the average time required for data stakeholders to understand and trace data flows for 3 core and essential metrics."
