The rough brothers of the homely cousin proceed to frighten the hero into marriage but he fools them by pretending he is crazy. They send for a nurse (Thelma Hill) and just as they are again forcing him to be married to the cousin, the lawyer rushes in with a codicil which says that the hero doesn't have to marry Pansy.
