Chef Dino and his staff are on their eighth tasting for the new menu - which still has not satisfied the 'QE2's owners. Issues also arise with the custom-made furniture for the ship's biggest suites, and the arrival of the replacement pieces interferes with a glamorous promotional photo shoot.
