Cedar Park is a major suburb of Austin in the state of Texas, the center of Austin is about 16 miles (26 km) to the southeast of Cedar Park.[1] According to the U.S. Census, the city's population as of 2020 was 77,595.[2]

In 2017, Cedar Park adopted a new city flag,[3] but abandoned it shortly after adoption following "pushback on social media" from residents.[4]
