Ippolito "Ito" Giani (8 September 1941 – 28 September 2018) was an Italian sprinter. He was born in Varese, Italy. From 1963 to 1967 he took part in 20 international competitions[1] and won six medals.[2] He was in the 1964 Summer Olympics.[3]

Giani died in Varese on 28 September 2018 at the age of 77.[4]
