Philadelphia Union is a soccer team that plays in Major League Soccer in Chester, Pennsylvania. It was founded in 2008. The team began play in 2010 as a member of the Eastern Conference. They play their home games at Subaru Park in Chester, Pennsylvania.
The club's colors are gold and black.
USL Team
[change | change source]In August 2015, the team announced that they would have a reserve team in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania that would start play in the league now known as the USL Championship in 2016. That team, known for its first three seasons as Bethlehem Steel FC, moved to Chester in the 2019 season, and was renamed Philadelphia Union II in 2020.
