Usage

Takes one parameter, the year-number. Prefix it with a minus sign for BC.
The box width shrinks nearly 6% for smaller year-number sizes.

Example for "{{Year nav|2013}}" at right:

Centuries:	20th century – 21st century – 22nd century
Decades:	1980s  1990s  2000s  – 2010s –  2020s  2030s  2040s
