Fosfoketolaza (EC 4.1.2.9, D-ksiluloza-5-fosfat D-gliceraldehid-3-fosfat-lijaza (fosfatna acetilacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-ksiluloza-5-fosfat D-gliceraldehid-3-fosfat-lijaza (dodaje fosfat; formira acetil-fosfat).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- D-ksiluloza 5-fosfat + fosfat acetil fosfat + D-gliceraldehid 3-fosfat + H2O
Ovaj enzim je tiamin-difosfatni protein.
