Nikotinamidaza (EC 3.5.1.19, nikotinamidna deaminaza, nikotinamidna amidaza, YNDaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom nikotinamid amidohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- nikotinamid + H2O nikotinat + NH3
