Togavirin (EC 3.4.21.90, Sindbis virus proteaza, Sindbis virus core protein, NsP2 proteinaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Autokatalitičko odvajanje sržnog proteina sa N-terminusa togavirusnog strukturnog poliproteina putem hidrolize -Trp-Ser- veze
Ovaj enzim kodiraju Sindbis i Semliki šumski togavirusi.
