Aphrodite wa Bustani Ni "epithet" ya Kigiriki yaani "Aphrodite" . Hii inaelezea zaidi ufadhili wake juu ya mimea na bustani. [2]
Kutokana na "Pausanias"[3] kulikuwa na hekalu la "Aphrodite" katika bustani ya Acropolis ya Athens.Inasemekana ibada ya sanamu la Aphrodite na Alcamenes ilifanyika karibu na Hekalu. Ni dhahiri sanamu za Aphrodite na herm zinaweza kuwa sawa kimuundo wa uchongaji au sanamu mbili tofauti.[4]
Herm ya Aphrodite pia inahusishwa na muhusika wa baadaye wa hadithi. Hermaphroditos . [5] [6] zaidi kuna marejeo kadhaa ambayo mengi kwa sehemu ya kiume ya Aphrodite ambayo huitwa Aphroditos,iliyoingizwa kwa "Athene"tokea mwishoni mwa karne ya 5 Kabla ya Kristo lakini pia Hekalu la Hermaphroditos mara kadhaa lilizungumzwa na Alciphron huko Athene.
