According to the Sacnilk website, the film collected Rs 1 lakh on its sixth day, bringing the total box office collection in Kerala to Rs 6 lakhs over six days.The movie's India gross amounts to Rs 8 lakhs, with worldwide collections also standing at Rs 8 lakhs.

'CID Ramachandran RTD SI' features an ensemble cast including Kalabhavan Shajohn, Anumol, Sudhir Karamana, Prem Kumar, and Baiju Santosh. The story follows retired police inspector Ramachandran, played by Kalabhavan Shajohn, who takes on a challenging case involving falsely accused suspects in a rural area.
