The Britannia 63rd Filmfare Awards South were held to honour the best films of 2016 from the four South Indian film industries, namely Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, on June 18, 2016 at the Hyderabad International Convention Canter. The ceremony was hosted by the charming duo Chinmayee and Rahul Ravindran, who kept the guests entertained with their wisecracks.
The award ceremony itself was interspersed with some glitzy, high octane performances by a bevy of South cinema beauties including Pranita, Amulya, Reena Kallingal, Catherine Tresa, Rakul Preet Singh and Amy Jackson.
