Workplace lessons to learn from 'Panchayat'

The series 'Panchayat' is a huge hit among viewers, so much so that Season 3 is now out. Be it Abhishek Tripathi (played by Jitendra Kumar) or Pradhaan-pati (played by Raghubir Yadav) in the show, there's something to learn for everyone from the people of Phulera village in 'Panchayat'. In the show, Abhishek Tripathi aka Jitu bhaiya is shown to be a graduate from the city who has got the job of a Secretary of Gram Panchayat (Sachiv) in Uttar Pradesh's village Phulera. Hailing from a city, and adjusting to Phulera is a huge cultural shock to him. He also faces many challenges at his first job-- be it getting used to the new job or finding solutions to day-to-day problems regarding administration in the village. However, Abhishek Tripathi works hard; he is always open to learning on the job and doing the right thing, which is in his capacity.

From adjusting to village life to facing issues at the workplace or preparing for higher studies post-work, Abhishek Tripathi does it all.
