Four Stabbed In Gang Fight Outside Subway Station

Four people were sent to hospital with stab wounds following an apparent gang fight outside of Christie Subway Station on Friday. The violence broke out at about 7:30pm and apparently involved members of a gang called the “Latin Kings”. The injuries are believed to be non-fatal.
Apparently a former member of the “Latin Kings” was attacked by current members, who took offence to his change of lifestyle.
“One of the members…had left the gang to move on with his life, and subsequently they’ve been following him around trying to track him down and punish him for leaving the gang,” explained Detective Reg Wright.
There’s been no word of any arrests.
