Ordered the wrong fridge door shelf. Literally minutes after sending an email i got a response. Dan was amazing and after a succession of quick fire questions and answers from Dan we identified the correct part, return was sorted out easily and a replacement was ordered. This is what every company should provide! Quick and very efficient service. Highly recommend .

The team went above and beyond to ensure I got my items. There were some logistical transcontinental hoops to jump through and their communication was prompt and super clear. Also when one of my items unfortunately got damaged in cargo they also replaced it FOC without questions. Will buy from here again in the future!

Ruby really tried her best and went out of her way to find the part I needed, she gave quick updates, information and advice. She was head and shoulders above other firms I contacted. She was friendly, her customer service excellent. If I need parts in the future Spare2Repair will be my first choice. Sadly the part is obsolete.

I had been let down by Beko Spares/4ourhouse, who took 6 months to send the wrong part. Spares2Repair identified the part easily and sent it in a couple of days. Received updates through every part of the process. Good service compared to the awful one from the official Beko supplier

Honestly, without a word of a lie, this business has to be your go-to online store for ALL your “omg I need to fix” appliance purchases. Apart from amazing customer support and service, the prices are very reasonable, all makes and models from washers, dryers, oven stovetop etc
But if you are unsure on what part or even is it the correct part just use their contact form and they are happy to help you. They are quick to respond and really are genuinely helpful.

The time when you find out what a company’s customer service is REALLY like is when something goes wrong. Allow me to demonstrate:
Due to order glitch, nobody’s fault, our delivery date was missed. I contacted sales2repair and CS Swooped in, apologised, shipped the part with the fastest shipping, following on with updates until it arrived and refunded our shipping which I thought was a nice gesture. An email arrived in the interim with an apology from the Managing Director.
If I could package up how this company does Customer Service, I would then have it as the benchmark for every company. Outstanding is the word I would use to describe the issue to resolution process.
Looking forward to ordering from you again in the future.

Helpful advice with selecting the correct part and smooth returns policy. It's not easy selecting the correct part as Smeg have so many variations. The first did not fit so S2R advised on an alternative which fitted properly. The returns process was simple, although a little expensive, and they refunded the cost quickly. My only gripe is that you cannot speak to anyone and you have to converse through their email and site system.

AVOID! Awful service, took 2 weeks to respond to a simple question. Within that time, they requested unnecessary information which I provided only to be told today it wasn’t required. Then I find that the spare part had increased from £47 to £125. No apology, no resolution just a completely wasted two weeks.
