Sixth meeting of the HLG-PCCB
The sixth meeting of the High-level group on partnership, cooperation and capacity building for the 2030 Agenda (HLG-PCCB) will be held from 29 to 30 September 2016 in Budapest, Hungary. The meeting will be hosted by the Hungarian Central Statistical Office. Please note that this meeting is open to HLG-PCCB members and selected issue partners only.
At its 46th session, the UN Statistical Commission establish a High-level Group for Partnership, Coordination and Capacity-Building for the 2030 Agenda, composed of national statistical offices, and regional and international organizations as observers operating under the auspices of the Statistical Commission.
Meeting objectives
- review and finalize the Global Action Plan to be submitted to the 48th session of the Statistical Commission
- review and discuss the status of preparation of the upcoming UN World Data Forum and agree on the next steps
- review and finalize the 2017 workplan of the HLG to be submitted to the UN Statistical Commission
