Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) informationIntroductionDelhis Indira Gandhi International Airport is the main transportation hub for all of northern India. Annual passenger traffic is 8.5 million, about 45 percent of which is international. More than 30 international carriers have flights connecting with major cities around the world. The airport is located 23kms southwest of the Delhi/New Delhi metropolitan area. Two terminals, international (known as Terminal II) and domestic (Terminal I), are 8kms apart and are linked by courtesy shuttle buses.Airport parking at DelhiCar parks adjacent to both terminals are subdivided into standard and premium areas. Rates for standard parking are about 0.50 for every 4 hours; premium parking nearer the terminal costs 1.50 for 4 hours.
